Athletic League in our ongoing Virginia
Key Restoration Project. Learn about
South Florida's coastal ecosystems,
horticultural, invasive species, native
species, and restoration in this informative
and fun service learning day.

Community Tree Planting
Join
Citizens efforts in regreening
Miami-Dade by becoming a Citizen
Forester! By participating in
a brief training about trees,
the state of our urban forests,
and organizing your neighborhood
to plant trees, you will be entitled
to to free trees
to plant on the right-of-way in
front of your home and your neighbor's
homes. Regreen your neighborhood
while getting to know your neighbors!
Restoration
Rangers: Virginia
Key Coastal Hammock Restoration
Participate
in the restoration of an endangered South Florida habitat!
Join City of Miami and Citizens for a Better South Florida
naturalists in planting eco-friendly Florida native plants,
removing exotic plants, and learning about this beautiful
habitat on a guided nature walk.
