Stretching
from Aventura to the northern edge of Key Largo, Biscayne Bay’s
428 square miles abounds in natural beauty. Discover new outdoor
spots to explore right in your own back yard with the Discover
Biscayne Bay Recreation and Boating Safety Guide
now available at Citizens for a Better South Florida's office
in English and in Spanish.
The
folded maps, developed in partnership with the Florida Fish and
Wildlife Conservation Commission, the National Park Service, the
South Florida Water Management District, the Florida Department
of Environmental Protection, and Citizens for a Better South Florida,
provide an overview of Biscayne Bay habitats and wildlife, safe
boating basics, and recreational opportunities.
The
maps are being distributed for free through city and county parks,
local marinas, and retail shops. Please contact our office if
you would like a copy of the map.
Ahora
tenemos las guías en Español tambien. Si quisiera
reciber algunas de las guías, por favor llame a la oficina
de Citizens for a Better South Florida a 305-648-0000.
